Sarasota Crew Alumni Association Dear parents and rowers, Sarasota Crew rapidly approaches another milestone as the number of graduates passes the number of current participants. While the duration of membership may only be active through high school, the connection to the program leaves an impact that carries for years after. The Sarasota Crew Alumni Association (SCAA) will bring our members back full circle in order to continue bettering the program that shaped us. The SCAA will serve many functions. Primarily, we hope to fundraise for alumni sponsored scholarships to make sure no one misses out on the same opportunities we experienced. Through doing so, alumni will lead by example as many have continued to improve themselves in college using rowing. The SCAA will provide easy access to see what the alumni have done after high school as well as offer a data base for contacting us if a current rower needs help getting to the same place. Be sure to keep checking the Sarasota Crew website and its Facebook affiliates for more information as we launch the newest branch of our organization.
