Bus: We can only provide a bus from Pine View this fall due to the expense. We can help figure out carpools so please reach out to us if you need help. To sign up for the bus you simply register under the Join Us -Youth Rowing -Transportation tab.
Who/When/Where/Cost 2023-2024 Season Registration Open! (see below)
- Grades: 8th through 12th - No Experience Needed! *8th graders are allowed to try the High School Program for a probationary period.
- Fall Season 2023: August 14th - December 16th
- Location: 150 Bayview Lane, Osprey, FL
- Tuition: $1,750 Fall Season. Fall tuition is due by August 11, 2023, and covers registration fee, coaching, programming, equipment, and facility use.

- Fall Race Fees: Fall race fees will be announced and will be due at the beginning of September. Fall race fees in total should be less than $500 (not including Boston). The race fee will cover entry fees, transportation, boat transport, and housing when needed for the following races:
- Halloween Regatta, Tampa, FL - October 28th
- Benderson Chase, Sarasota, FL - November 18-19th
- Tampa Fall Sprints, Tampa, FL - December 9th
- Sarasota Crew Intrasquad Regatta, Sarasota, FL - December 16th
- Race fees do not include the Head of the Charles in Boston, MA (October 20-22). We will have a boys 8+ and girls 8+ that are qualified to be selected. Those selected will pay separately once the boats are selected.
- Spring Season 2024: January 8th - May 12th
- Location: 150 Bayview Lane, Osrey, FL for January-March. April & May practices take place at Nathan Benderson Park.

- Race fees have been able to be lowered because we budgeted for all races. We are unable to decrease the amount if a rower chooses not to make a race. We do not allow families to pick and choose which races they want to pay for as we plan for the entire team attending to keep the prices down.
Southeast Regionals marks the end of the regular season. Boats and athletes that qualify for Youth Nationals will be invited to participate in an extended post season that concludes with racing at Youth Nationals. The post season will be charged separately.

Please click here and register for high school, middle school or elementary school, as appropriate. You will have to log out as your rower to be able to sign up for the emails. Often we send notifications to only subsets of parents so if you have athletes in more than one age level, please register in both areas to assure that you receive the appropriate emails.
Spring Season Tuition 2024
High School Team - 8th graders are welcome to try.
Freshmen (and 8th graders) practice in the spring is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Varsity (10-12th graders) practice in the spring is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Spring race fees are not included in the program fee. Spring race fees will be collected in January.

Spring transportation fee from Pine View to Sarasota Crew for high school students and 8th-grade students rowing in the novice program. The bus runs to the boathouse for practices through April 5. When the team shifts to Benderson in April we ask that rowers set up carpools as it has always worked out to do so in the past for April and May.

Spring Races 2024
High School Team
The following races are included in the fee. All races must be paid for together. You may not pick and choose races. If you are unable to attend a race you should tell a coach asap but you will not receive a refund or credit. We keep race fees as low as possible by combining fees:

Please save the dates for the following races also. We do not include these in the total race fees because it is unlikely that the entire team will be able to race at these but we would like to consider everyone!

FSRA Sculling States (NBP) - April 13-14 (as many as will fit into entries but we are limited by smaller boats and no coxswain seats)
