Start your Middle School Preseason
- You pay for 2 practices a week, but you get 3 if you choose and are able to make it work!
- Tuesday at Osprey 4:30-6:45 (available but optional)
- Thursday at Nathan Benderson Park 4:30-6:45
- Saturday 8:30-11:30 location tbd (alternating)
- Primarily 8's

- 6th-8th graders (8th graders can choose to try our high school program)
- Tuesday and Thursdays from October 5th - December 19th
- No practice Thanksgiving Week
- Practices run 4:30-6:45 pm. 20 practices
- Primarily rowed in 8's
