Regular Middle School Fall Season 

October 5th - December 19th

Practice Times: 

Weekdays - 4:30 - 6:45 pm

Saturdays - 8:30 - 11:30 am 

You will select which WEEKDAY practice you would like to attend during registration. Please see the below descriptions for the programs available (singles & eights). This is personal choice. There is no "right" way to start.

Singles:

Available Monday & Tuesday

Rowers will be "Sculling." Each rower has two oars. Also written as "1x," there is one rower per boat.  

Eights:

Available Tuesday & Thursday

Rowers will be "Sweep Rowing" Each rower has one oar. Also written "8+," there are eight rowers per boat plus one coxswain who steers and directs rowers.

All MS rowers will row eights on Saturdays 

* There IS practice on Labor Day 

*After daylight savings ends, practices will end at 6:30 pm 

 *No Thanksgiving week practices

• Bus: We are able to provide a bus from Pine View currently. It runs on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday to Osprey.
