Our Symposiums in January and February are celebrating the 6th year in 2027 and they only get better each year! They combine on the water rows with in-depth video sessions and on-land convention style seminars to help you do a deep dive into becoming a better, smarter and more healthy rower. We pride ourselves on you leaving with more for your toolbox than any other opportunity for masters out there!
You choose if you want to scull, sweep OR you can do BOTH!
Sample Schedule:
6:45-8:45 - coached row #1
8:45-10:15 - in depth video anaylysis
10:15-12:00 - coached row #2
12:00-1:00 - lunch
1:00-2:00 - classroom session #1
2:00-3:00 - classroom session #2
3:00-4:30 - optional row to practice what you learned!
Happy Hour the first night to meet your fellow rowers and coaches and ask even more questions. The rest of the evenings we allow you to choose your own adventrue and explore the beautiful Suncoast Region.
You get to row on the World Class Nathan Benderson Park which is home of the 2017 and 2028 World Championships. The timing of our camps also allow you to often overlap with US National Team members and practices. We also benefit from this fact as you often get to hear from or be coached by national teammers!
